Where I can check my balance?

I prefer another audio format!

You can set preferred output audio format in roboard (Settings) or from the main menu of the bot. Also you can convert between common audio formats using @convrt_bot

Many of my uploads are ending abruptly. Why?

It is a known issue of Telergam for Mac app. It has a problem with uploading big files on Telegram servers, so your uploads look like this:

Not much you can do here, apart from start using Telegarm Desktop or Teleram Web for uploading files in the group.

In roboard I see some tracks in red. What is that?

Some time ago we had almost complete database loss. Most of it is already restored, however some tracks are still missing. You cannot download them because of that.

If you have something from these tracks, please upload them and help to restore the library! For successful track restoration you get 0.1 chatles.

Why do we have so many stretched uploads in a row?

Because someone from the group is paying for traxdb subscription and then uploads their stuff to the group and label it accordingly right away. Then in case someone else uploads any of these files in the group later assuming they're normal, they will be deduped and we know for sure they are stretched.
